Ingredients | Blueberry Broccoli Spinach Salad1 head fresh broccoli, florets only1 pound sliced bacon1 bunch green onions, chopped1 cup raisins1 cup unsalted peanuts3 tablespoons cider vinegar½ cup white sugar½ cup mayonnaiseDirectionsPlace bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside to cool. In a large bowl toss the broccoli florets, bacon, green onions, raisins and peanuts together.In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise together.
